Solve for m: 2/3 (9-m)= 2m+7 please explain. Thank You
2/3 (9-m)= 2m+7
multiply both sides by 3 to get rid of the fraction
2(9-m)=2m+7
18-2m=2m+7
add 2m to both sides
18=4m+7
subtract 7 from both sides
11=4m
11/4=m
$$m=2\frac{3}{4}$$
what does m equal
