So we have

c / sinC  = b / sin B

23 / sin 90  = b / sin 29

So b = 23 sin 29 = about 11.2

And angle A = 90 - 29  = 61 degrees

And a =

23 / sin90  = a / sin 61

So a = 23 sin 61  = about 20.1

So c = 23 , a = 20.1,  b = 11.2

And  C = 90, A = 61, B = 29
