Solving for r... in an exponent?!

I'm trying to solve for r:

30000 = 10500e^12r

I understand that I need to divide 30000 by 10500 first, but what comes next?

After you divide by 10500 take the ln (natural ln) of both sides ln (e^12r) = 12r
