solving systems equations:

16x-10y=10           16x-10y=10  (plus them together)

-8x-6y=6 (x2)        -16x-12y=12

                               -22y=22 

                                y=-1

 

put y=-1 into one of the equations(i choosed -8x-6y=6 because it is easier):

-8x-6y=6              y=-1

-8x+6=6

-8x=6-6

-8x=0

x=0
