I am sure that this would be best done using matrices but I am not very comfortable with those so I will do it with normal substitution techniques.
x=1-2y from the third one
2y-1=z from the 2nd one
Substitute these values of x and z into the first one to get
3(1-2y) + 2(2y-1)=1
solve this for y
Sub in this y value into the other 2 equations to solve for x and z.
