some doctors recommend that no more than 30% of a person's daily calories come from fats. following this recommendation, if you eat 2,400 calories in a day, what is the maximum number if calories that should come from fat? how do i work this question?

30% =30/100 x 2,400 =720 calories that should come from fats.
