The value of the circumference of Circle A is four times the value of the area of Circle B.  What is the radius of Circle B?

There is also a dot in the center that says 64cm       I have no idea how to solve this problem

If 64 cm is the circumference of A     then B AREA = 64/4 = 16 cm2

Area =   pi * r^2

     16               =   pi  r^2

     16 / pi =    r^2

          r  = 2.2568 cm
