The answer is NO!              sqrt ( - 25 ) = error   

              

                       Because:      ( - 5 )*( + 5 ) = - 25  wink

Hello Dragan,

You are correct! 

But, maybe the Guest is referring to imaginary units (I.e. complex numbers)

Where \(\sqrt{-25}=5i\)

Where \(i=\sqrt{-1}\)

What about this:       sqrt( |-25| ) = sqrt ( 25 )  wink
