If you want to simplify it this is how it is done.
I'll do a different one and you can copy the technique, you will learn better that way.
sqrt(235200)
you have to look for square numbers that go into 235200.
square numbers are 1 (which doesn't help) ,4,9,16,25,36, etc
The most obvious one is 100
235200
= 100 * 2352 (now 4 goes into 2352)
= 100 * 4 * 588 (now 4 goes into 588 as well)
= 100 * 4 * 4 * 147 ( I can see straight off that 7 goes into 147, this isn't overly helpful but it gives me an idea to look at 49, and yes, 49 does go into 147)
= 100 * 4 * 4 * 49 * 3
So
sqrt(235200 )= sqrt( 100 * 4 * 4 * 49 * 3 ) = sqrt( 100 * 4 * 4 * 49 ) * sqrt3 => 10*2*2*7*sqrt3 => 280sqrt3
