Starting row has four. Each row after adds for. How do I figure out the total for 55 rows

Notice that the first row = 4

And the next row has 8

And the next 12, etc.

So...we have

4(1) + 4(2) + 4(3) +..........+ 4(55)  =

4 [ 1 + 2 + 3+......+ 55]

And the sum in the brackets  is equal to ....    (55)(56)/2 = 1540

So,  4 times this =  6160
