A manufacturer ships toasters in cartons of 2020. In each carton, they estimate a 1515% chance that any one of the toasters will need to be sent back for minor repairs. What is the probability that in a carton, there will be exactly 22 toasters that need repair?

Where is the decimal supposed to be placed in your %.......is it  1.515% or 15.15%.......or something else ???

Anyway........the general answer is :

C(2020, 22) * (percent of defect expressed as a decimal)^22 * ( 1 - percent of defect expressed as a decimal)^1998

cool cool cool
