It took Kathy **13.1** sec

and 3 racers finished faster than 14 sec and there are 11 racers not including Kathy so if you're including her the fraction would be **1/4** not including her would be **3/11**

well, the first-place finisher had a time of 12.7 and the last place finisher had a time of 16.3 so... 16.3 - 12.7 is **3.6**

the first place was 12.7

second place was12.9

third place was also 12.9

fourth place was 13.2

so we just add all of them up and get **51.7**
