If a power plant is delivering 50 000 000W of power to the lines using 250 000V how much current is traveling through the lines=200A The resistance of the lines themselves is 2 Ohms. How much power is dissipated by the lines= 80000W Therefore, how much of the original power ends up at the city? I can't figure how to do it, I tried and got 99.84%.

Well, you got it correct.

50 000 000 watts generated   80 000 watts dissipated in transmission lines. (i^2 r  losses)

(50 000 000 - 80 000)/50 000 000 = 99.84 %
