I'm not totally sure about this, but I believe the net price factor is found thusly...

[100-18] / 100 * [ 100 - 15] / 100 * [100 - 5]/ 100 =

.82 * .85 * .95 = 0.66215

And applying this factor to the price, we have the net price =

$425.80 * 0.66215 = $281.94
