We have 13 integers between 5 and 17, inclusive.

7 are odd and 6 are even.

The only way to obtain an odd product is to multiply any two of the odds together.

So....the probability of obtainng an odd product is given by :

C(7,2) / C(13,2)  =  7/26   = about  27%
