How would I find the value of the common ratio?

The first term= 11, the sum of the first 12 terms= 2922920

Sorry about that. I read it as an AP:

2922920 =11 * (R^N - 1) /(R - 1)
265720 =(R^N - 1)/ (R - 1)
265720R - 265720 =R^12 - 1
R^12 - 265720R + 265721 =0, solve for R
Use graphing calculator to get integer solutions:
R =1  or  R = 3
R = 1 doesn't work
R = 3 works.

We're supposed to find the common ratio in a geometric sequence.
