The angle of elevation is 42 degrees from the ground to Sam's kite. He has let out 33 feet of string and tied the string to a stake in the ground. How high is the kite flying?

We need to use the sin for this

sin θ = opp / hyp

sin 42 = h / 33     where h is the height of the kite

33*sin 42 = h = 22.08 ft
