This is an example of a liberal slanted propaganda question.  Most people in oil-rich Alberta are OPPSED to the agreement.

 

Notably, and as may be expected, residents
of oil-rich Alberta are clearly not
onside. Forty percent of those polled in
Public Overall Support for the Kyoto Accord                       (which means 60 % oppse it)

 

 

Although overall public support for
the Kyoto Accord remains high, if given
the choice, Canadians appear to lean
toward a made-in-Canada plan for
reducing greenhouse gas emissions
(49%) rather than ratification and
implementation of the international
environmental protocol (43%).
