The graph of the quadratic y = ax^2 + bx + c has the following properties: (1) The maximum value of y = ax^2 + bx + c is 5, which occurs at x = -3. (2) The graph passes through the point (0,-11). If the graph passes through the point (4,m), then what is the value of m?

-b/2a = -3      and  a(-3^2) + b(-3)+c=5    and    a(0) + b*0 +c = -11     so c = -11

b/2a = 3                     9a -3b =16

a =b/6                        9 (b/6) -3b=16      b = -10.667      a =1.778

.......   m = -82.111
