The longer leg of a 30°-60°-90° triangle is 18. What is the length of the other leg?

30-60-90 triangle

The longer leg (by which I presume you don't mean the hypotenuse!) is √3 times bigger than the shorter leg.

Hence shorter leg = 18/√3 ≈ 10.39

.
