checking the boat for safety, and managing the money. In how many different ways can the jobs be

assigned to three different people?

We have 15 employees....and we wnat to choose any three of them....this can be done in

C(15, 3)   = 455 different ways

But...once chosen.....we have 3! ways to assign the jobs to the three employees....so

455 x 6 = 2730 ways
