The roots of the equation 2x^2-mx+n sum to 6 and multiply to 10. What is the value of M+n?

2x^2 - mx + n

The sum of the roots is given by

m / 2  = 6   multiply both sides by 2

m  = 12

The product of the roots  is given by

n/2  = 10      multiply both sides by 2

n  =  20

So....

m + n  =  12  + 20   = 32

EDIT TO CORRECT AN ERROR.....

Actually, I think that it is n/2 = 20?

Thanks, Cphill for the help though, I couldn't figure M at first.
