The square root of h is greater than 10/3 and less than 24/5. How many integer values of h satisfy this condition?

\((\frac{10}{3})^2=\frac{100}{9} \)and\((\frac{24}{5})^2=\frac{576}{25}\). SImplifying, we get that h has to be between(inclusive) 12 and 23. Subtract 11 from both sides to get that we can have h to be 1-12, which contais 12 integers.
