6" x 13" = 78"sqrd

Assuming you mean 8500 to the second power is 8500"sqrd, then:

8500"sqrd / 78"sqrd ≈ 108.97, option B.

However, if you are unable to split tiles, then it will hae to be rounded up to 109, so option C.
