1 pole -1/2 - 1/3 = 10 ft

6/6 - 3/6 - 2/6 = 10

1/6 = 10 ft

6 x10 = 60 ft long pole = 60*12/39.37 = 18.288 meters

Let L be the total lengh of the pole....so.....the part out of the water is......

L -  ([1/2] L + [1/3] L)  =  L -5/6L  = (1/6)L

So.....

(!/6)L  = 10  →   L  = 60 ft  =  720 in  = 720*2.54 cm = 1828.8 cm  = 18.288 m

cool cool cool
