This forum needs subjects/sections with like posts grouped together just as all forums has. In addition a last posts button and a show all posts button.

Thus, members can see recent info first, posters like the regs can see all accross the forum, and there can be some order. Specially since, there is going to be so much of the same information required every few months or so (each semester) apparent in the types of questions being asked now, the fact also that most uni's have 2 intakes a year, and or that anyone who is using the forum that is new will be covering the information that the year before them did and asking the same types of questions.

Given that in the last 3 months or so since the updated forum over 30,000 post responses have been a made by the top 3 posters then it's getting pretty urgent in my opinion to make this a valuable resource for the future. Just look at the success of Kahn acadamy. Being able to find information far out ways being to lazy to find it because it's disorganised. That should be the goals that such a site as this, with all the motivation and heart involved by those regularly replying, should push people toward being being able to self learn, access the information and find it where it's provided. After all, there is not a big hope of learning if they cannot, but some guidence, some organisation and dirrection can help. I am sure that to excel in the subjects behind the questions on this forum, you cannot by simply asking everytime something comes up.

I recommend having a look at 2+2 (twoplustwo) for some idea about what I mean, about its order and success at being a forum. Time to grow this site up now it's back from the dead in my opinion.
