Sustitute x = 0 in to the equation to fin y axis intercept

4(0) + 5y = 20

y = 4      = y axis intercept

Sub y=0 for x axis intercept

4x +5(0) = 20

x =5     = x axis intercept

4x+5y =20        subtract 4x from both sides

5y = -4x + 20    Divide both side by 5

y = -4/5 x + 4    = y=mx+b slope intercept form

Substitute   x = 0  in to the equation for the y axis intercept

Sub             y=0                                            x axis intercept

re-arrange the equation into  y = mx+b    form for  slope intercept form.....

   OK?   Need more hints?
