OUT OF ALL THE THINGS IN THE WORLD HE COULD SAY IN A CHAT BOX HE SAYS "-5x+y+-2 -3x+6y=-12" LIKE W*F
I think that you want an equal sign in your first equation.
Do you want these solved simultaneously?
-5x+y=-2 (1a) change this to y=5x-2 (1b) (I added 5x to both sides)
-3x+6y=-12 (2a)
Now substitute 1b into 2a
-3x+6(5x-2)=-12
simplify and when you get a valuse for x sub it back inot one of the original equations to get a value for y.
Will you be right to do it now? ![]()
