We can use the Law of Sines, here

 

sin C / 14  =  sin (110) / 18      multiply both sides by 14

 

sin C  = 14 * sin (110)  / 18      take the sine inverse

 

arcsin  [ 14 * sin (110) / 18 ]  ≈    47°
