I dont really understand what you mean when you write that you're meant to find what sin and cos equals. But here's the solution, solving for x.
3 sin^2 (x) = 2sin(x)cos(x)
3sin(x)sin(x) = 2sin(x)cos(x) divide by sin(x)
3sin(x) = 2cos(x) divide by cos(x) and note that sin(x)/cos(x) = tan (x) for all x
3tan(x) = 2
tan(x) = 2/3
x = arctan (2/3) This is not an exact value unfortunately
