$$b=\frac{\pi r \alpha}{180^0}\\ \alpha=\frac{b\cdot 180^0}{\pi r}=\frac{12cm\cdot \pi \cdot180^0}{\pi\cdot18cm}$$

$$\alpha=120^0$$
