how do i figure out the degree of a triangle with only one corner degree and two sides

If you know angle, A, say, and the side opposite A, call it a; together with side b, and you want to know angle B (opposite side b), then use the sine rule:  sin(B)/b = sin(A)/a

 

Once you have found sin(B) from this you can find angle B by using sin-1.
