csc = 1/sin = hypotenuse/opposite = 3/2  so (taking hypotenuse = 3 and opposite = 2) adjacent = sqrt(3^2-2^2) = sqrt(5)

Hence tan = opposite/adjacent = 2/sqrt(5).  However, since we are in the second quadrant, tan is negative so tan = -2/sqrt(5).
