what is cosine of 13.5 divided by 25

I assume you might have....

cosΘ = 13.5/25    and you want to find theta  .....just use the cosine inverse.....so we have

cos-1(13.5/25) = about 57.3 degrees   (note that this could also be a 4th quadrant angle, as well !!)
