Find the vertical height of C above the ground.
The height of C above the ground = BE + FB
BE = AB * sin (28) = 8 *sin (28)
FB = BC * cos(28) = 5 * cos (28)
So......
BE + FB =
8 * sin (28) + 5 * cos (28) ≈ 8.17 cm
