The total for the perimeter  = 2 (12 + 15)   =  54 ft

The total for 2 diagonals  = 2sqrt (12^2 + 15^2)  =  2sqrt (369)  ≈ 38.4 ft

No. of rolls required   =  (54 + 38.4)  / 20   =  4.63 rolls   =  round up to 5 rolls
