how to get the complementary angle of 4x-10 and 8x+4 ?

Cmplemetary angles sum to 90²....therefore....

 

[ 4x-10 ] + [ 8x+4 ] = 90    simplify

 

12x - 6 =  90     add 6 tp bpth sides

 

12x = 96   divide both sides by 12

 

x  = 8

 

So.....the first angle = 4(8) - 10   = 32 - 10   = 22°

 

And the second angle  =   90  - 22  = 68°
