46 min =  46/60°  = 23/30 °

 

Using the tangent function, we have

 

tan [31  + 23/30]  = H /   152.3    where H is the pole height  ......     solve for H

 

152.3 * tan [ 31 + 23/30]  =  H  = about 94.3 ft
