union and intersection please

{3,5,7,9}∩{2,5,9,10}   find the intersection

The interesection just lists the elements common to both sets.....so we have {5, 9}

{5,6,7,8,9,}∪{4,5,7,14} find the union

The union lists all the elements of both sets....so we have {4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 14}
