1. What is the sum of the first 893 EVEN numbers?

n (n + 1) / 2
So....the sum of the first even positive integers would just be twice this =
(n) (n + 1) / 2 * 2 = ( n ) ( n + 1)
For instance....the sum of the first two positive even integers is just
2 ( 2 + 1) = 2 * 3 = 6
So....the sum of the first 893 positive even integers is just
893 ( 893 + 1) =
893 * 894 =
