It is the equation of a line....when x= 0  you will find the y-axis intercept when in y=mx+b form

x + 5y = 10

5y= -x +10

y = - 1/5 x + 2

y= -1/5 (0) + 2      y intercept = 2

when y = 0 you will get the x-axis intercept

 0 = -1/5 x + 2       x intercept = 10

Plot those points and draw a lint through them....  ta da!   done!   I will get a picture in just a sec...

As an afterthought, you do o not have to change it to y = mx+b form

x = o    gets y axis intercept   0 +5y = 10       y = 2  = intercept

y=o      gets x axis intercept   x + 5(0) = 10    x = 10 = x axis intercept....

Either way works !   D'Oh !
