To find the y intercept, let x = 0....so.....-3y = 6  →  y = -2  ... so (0, -2) is on the graph

To find the x intercept, let y = 0......so....  2x = 6   →   x = 3  ....so (3, 0)  is on the graph

Now......just plot the points on a graph and draw a line through them....
