circumference   =   2 * pi * radius

                                                             Plug in  4 meters  for radius  and  3.14  for  pi  .

circumference   ≈   2 * 3.14 * 4 m

                                                             Multiply these together.

circumference   ≈   25.1 m

area   =   pi * radius2

                                                             Plug in  4 meters  for radius  and  3.14  for  pi  .

area   ≈   3.14 * (4m)2

                                                             Square the  4m  .

area   ≈   3.14 * 16m2

                                                             Multiply.

area   ≈   50.2 m2
