I don't think that we get many questions from Dominica.

Little Cone
V = (1/3*pi*2 2*4) + ( 1/2 * 4/3pi * 2 3)
V = 5.33pi + 5.33pi
V = 10.66pi
V = 33.49 inches cubed
$3.50/33.49 inches cubed = 10.5 cents/inch cubed

Big Cone
V = (1/3*pi*2 2*6) + ( 1/2 * 4/3pi * 2 3)
V = 8pi + 5.33pi
V = 13.33pi
V = 41.88 inches cubed
$5.50/41.88 inches cubed = 13.1 cents/inch cubed

Therefore the little cone is better value. (Unless you are hungary and it is your parent's money)
