(1.38*10^(-23))+(6.25*10^(8)) = 625000000.0000000000000000000000138

first :plus (+) mean in power (after the coma) ,, when the power be for 10 it's mean Zeros to but with 1 like = 10. , 100. , 1000.

so it's look like 1000000000000000000000000000000, to infinity

when we say (number*10^4) we but the number (before the coma like this > ,7) and count three Zeros

example : ,(,5*10^7) = 5<first0<second0<third0<fourth0<fifth0<sixth0<seventh . I mean = 50000000< 7 zeros
example : (,27*10^4) =2<first7<second0<third0<fourth. I mean = 270000 < four zeros
what about what about 143,5 or 34,5 and like these numbers ?
it's like it exactly but we just count the numbers befor the coma with Zeros 45,157 < (these ones) and complete the numbers after the coma

example : (15,343*10^12) = 15<after coma 3<first4<second3<third0<fourth0<fifth0<sixth0<seventh0<eighth0<ninth0<tenth0<Atheist ten0<Twelfth , . I mean = 15343000000000

so : 6.25*10^(8) = 6<after the Coma 2<first 5<second0<third0<fourth0<fifth0<sixth0<seventh0<eighth , . I mean = 625000000,

second :minus (-) mean in power (before the coma) ,, when the power be for 10 it's mean Zeros

so it's look like ,000000000000000000000000000000 to infinity

when we say (number*10^-4) we count three Zeros and the fourth is the number

example : ,(5*10^-7) = ,0<first0<second0<third0<fourth0<fifth0<sixth5<seventh . I mean = ,0000005
example : (27*10^-4) = ,0<first0<second2<third7<fourth . I mean = ,0027
what about 1.4 or 3.578 and like these numbers ?
it's like it exactly but we just count the numbers after the coma with Zeros (these ones) > 45,157 and complete the numbers befor the coma

example : (15,343*10^-12) = ,0<first0<second0<third0<fourth0<fifth0<sixth0<seventh0<eighth0<ninth0<tenth1<Atheist ten5<Twelfth343<numbers before the coma . I mean = ,00000000015343

so : (1.38*10^-23) = ,0000000000000000000000<twenty two Zeros 1<twenty three 38<complete the numbers before coma . I mean = ,0000000000000000000000138

after that add ,0000000000000000000000138 to 625000000

625000000,0000000000000000000000000
000000000,0000000000000000000000138 +
