what button do you press to but a fraction into the calculator ?

Putting a fraction into a calculator doesn't require any special button.

 

For instance, if I wanted to multiply two-thirds by one-half, I would do the following:

 

(2/3) * (1/2)

       or

 (2/3)(1/2)
