what happens i you divide a number for 0?

You cannot divide by zero.  The answer is undefined.

On the calculator it says 'error', but really there is no answer.

If you do

 \(n\over{0}\)

then it will turn into an imaginary number. I do not mean '\(i\)

as it only means \(\sqrt-1\).
