What is 0.194 with a repeating 4 as a fraction?

Write this with out the decimal  = 194

Subtract the non-repeating part from this......   194 - 19 = 175

Write this over a number that has the same number of leading 9's as the repeating digits and the same number of trailing zeroes  as the non-repeating digits, i.e.,  900

So we have

175 / 900  

Check for yourself that this returms  .0194   with the 4's repeating
