a/b = c implies that bc = a

So

0 / 0 might equal any number because any number times 0 = 0

Thus.....we can't precisely determine what 0 / 0 might equate to.....!!!

DIVIDING BY 0 IS NOT ALLOWED IN MATH, BECAUSE IT GIVES YOU INFINITY!!!!.
