lol all you have to do is make it into a decimal so that there is only one digit before the decimal, in this case you would only leave the nuumber "1" before it and then the rest of the digits behind the decimal. Then you would count the ammount of times you would need to move the decimal over from after the digit before the decimal (in this case number 1) to behind the last digit (in this case 0). Once you find this number, you square it to 10.

Answer: 1.433000000 x 10^9
